This project was a full retrofit: an ageing Bosch access platform was decommissioned and replaced end-to-end with UniFi Access — including reader deployment, door coordination, and integration with the hospital’s operational workflow.
Surveillance was delivered with dual UniFi Network Video Recorders and a fleet of cameras sized for clinical areas, corridors, and public zones — giving staff a single pane of glass through UniFi Protect.
The solution is actively relied on by more than fifty staff across shifts, with credentials, visitor flows, and door schedules managed in UniFi Access alongside Protect for audit and incident review.
