Sector: Early childhood / long day care
The centre runs on a single UniFi estate: switching and Wi‑Fi, door access and intercom at front and rear gates, Protect for coverage where required, and UniFi Talk for on-site telephony — designed so educators and management work in one ecosystem.
Yealink handsets were deployed alongside Talk and a nominated phone provider, including sign-up and cutover so outbound and inbound calling met operational expectations.
Access policies separate staff and parents: individualised PIN entry, schedules that match session times and centre rules, and policies aligned with how the director runs pickup and safeguarding.
A proprietary Owna importer was used to provision parent and staff credentials predictably — reducing manual PIN setup and keeping Access schedules in step with enrolment data.
Delivery included structured handover with the director: runbooks for policy changes, how PINs flow from Owna, and documentation so day-to-day changes stay consistent with centre policy.
